Research can be a powerful tool to help State Career and Technical Education (CTE) Directors understand what’s working, what isn’t working, and what needs to change. This blog post discusses how CTE research using state data can help state leaders improve policy and practice. The post is the first in a series, produced by Advance CTE and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), that seeks to break down barriers between State CTE Directors and researchers to encourage partnerships that benefit both.
