This brief summarizes what the Delaware Career Development Study team learned about career development opportunities across the districts and schools they visited, including participants’ perceptions and experiences. The site visits focused on the career development opportunities available to students and how these opportunities are structured and delivered. The cross-district analysis indicates that high school pathway programs are the cornerstone of career development in each of the districts visited.
