New Skills for Youth Final Evaluation
JPMorgan Chase’s New Skills for Youth (NSFY) initiative aims to support state-level teams in developing career preparation systems that are driven by industry demand. Specifically, the initiative seeks to improve the development, design, and implementation of high-quality career pathway programs; increase the number of students completing these programs; and widely disseminate the results of these efforts. The initiative also has a special focus on developing career readiness programs that provide equitable outcomes for underserved students. This report from RTI International describes an evaluation of the NSFY initiative, including its effect on the development and growth of career pathways in 10 participating states and short-term student outcomes.
