This report synthesizes the current state of quantitative and causal evidence on the effectiveness of career and technical education (CTE) across secondary, postsecondary, and workforce training contexts, with a primary emphasis on the United States. It is intended to inform policymakers seeking to expand or improve CTE investments and funders of research seeking to understand where additional evidence is most needed.
