A scan of these programs shows that many have increased attention on achieving equity goals and have adopted similar practices in order to achieve these goals. Common practices include adjusting recruitment efforts to promote diversity in program enrollment, individualizing support networks and nontuition financial support to encourage student retention, and providing postgraduation support services.
