Description:
This report from the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Research Network Lead team provides preliminary results from an evaluability assessment of CTE programs. The assessment identified a small number of CTE programs that could feasibly be evaluated using a rigorous experimental design. In this report, the Network Lead team describes the method and criteria used to identify the sites for further study and provides an overview of the characteristics of each site. The report also presents considerations for researchers embarking on evaluations of the programs. A final report is slated for publication later in 2020.
